How to feel good

Lets suppose that one of your teeth was hurting you so much, Would it be wise to chew food on the same side that hurts? of course that would be a wrong decision because each time you will eat you will experience pain.

but do you know that lots of people chew food on the side that hurts even though they know that it would hurt!! Those people aren't the ones who have dental problems but they are the people who have life problems and who keep reminding themselves of their problems all the time without taking actions!!

In order to feel Good you must solve your problems

Jack suffers from obesity, each time something reminds him of his weight problem he feels bad. Advertisements displaying slim models, a guy with developed muscles, an attractive woman or even a large plate of food reminds jack of his problem and so he feels bad.

Whenever jack encounters any of these things he feels as if he is chewing food on the tooth that hurts.

If jack wants to feel good then he can only do one of two options:

1) Love his body, but he would never do that if he doesn't believe that being obese makes him attractive (see self deception).

2) Start a diet, but only a diet that he trusts will help him feel good.
