In my previous article entitled getting programmed by what we listen to, I gave clear examples on how can the songs we listen to pass hidden messages to our subconscious minds that may eventually turn into beliefs that either limit our potential or that either negatively affect our lives.
On the contrary selecting songs that contain motivating messages could have a good impact on your life because of the positive programming you will be receiving when listening to such songs. In this article i selected one of the songs that contains positive messages and i decided to analyze its psychological effect.

The chorus is repeated three times so those four positive messages are going to repeated twelve times in the song. If you listened to this song ten times a day you will get about 120 positive messages stressing on one thing which is “breaking the habit tonight”
This song can certainly help you much in quitting a bad habit like fighting or smoking. of course hearing the song alone won’t help much but still it will give you a strong push.
