How to use words to hypnotize people

What is hypnosis?

Hypnosis is a method that be used to help you bypass a person's conscious mind and get directly to his subconscious mind in order to program it. Under normal circumstances all information a person receives through his senses are filtered by his critical faculty or his conscious mind.

If you asked a friend to do something for you then his conscious mind will first filter the message to see if he should really help you or not but in case you managed to make his conscious mind a bit dormant (through hypnosis) then he will obey you directly.

Covert hypnosis (or conversational hypnosis) vs traditional hypnosis

In traditional hypnosis you have to ask the person you are going to hypnotize for permission so that he cooperates with you during the session but in covert hypnosis you actually hypnotize the person during a normal conversation without letting him notice anything.

Covert hypnosis can be done in three steps:

1) Establishing a connection with the person: In this stage you need to draw the person's attention, engage most of his senses and establish rapport with him. By establishing Eye contact, using the proper tone of voice, saying something interesting or appearing like a trusted source you can successfully establish a connection with someone. The best way to do this is to establish Rapport on the unconscious level (See this guide for more information)
2) Shutting off his conscious filters: You can do many things to shut off the conscious filters such as saying confusing and vague words or using directives that only the subconscious mind understands. When you do so the conscious mind of the target will be so busy trying to figure out what your words mean and so you will easily be able to send your messages directly to his subconscious mind
3) Sending him hypnotic commands: This is the final step which is sending the commands to the mind. Make sure you don't do it directly for you don't want the person to know that you are actually trying to hypnotize him

Conversational hypnosis example

Here is a real life example that shows you how you can use conversational hypnosis to hypnotize someone. After completing step one successfully you can tell a story without ending it correctly.

For example: "Yesterday i was very tired when i woke up but as soon as i opened the door i got shocked because i never expected to see what i saw in front of me"

After telling this part of the story distract your target and change the subject. At this point you can start giving hypnotic commands such "You don't have to give me 10 dollars if you don't want"

Because the conscious mind of your friend will be too busy trying to figure out what happened in your initial story this command will go directly to his subconscious mind.

In addition to that the subconscious mind always omits negative words from phrases so the actual command you gave your friend was "Give me 10 dollars"
